Description
•Full time, with compressed workweek – Mon. thru Friday •14 Paid Holidays from day one •2 weeks paid vacation after 90 days
•40 hrs of sick time which accrues up to 80 hrs •Medical and supplemental benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and direct support to participants and team members.
- Serve as a primary point of contact to services through phone contact or walk in visits.
- Assist interested individuals with registration, orientation and job readiness processes.
- Assist in and/or conduct program orientation and enrichment workshops.
- Input client information into the data collection system.
- Connect and schedule clients for appropriate case management services.
- Provide assistance to case managers as needed.
- Will be based at primary location with willingness to work out of alternate PDC offices (Youngstown/Salem/Warren)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in social work or related field or relevant internship/work experience in criminal justice/social services.
- Demonstrate effective documentation and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate the empathy necessary for working with diverse population (adults with history of SUD, criminal backgrounds)
- Reliability and dependability essential
- Valid Ohio Driver's license and proof of insurance
- Drug free workplace
