Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.
At Swickard Toyota of Edmonds, the finance office is where the guest experience either comes together or falls apart. We've built a sales culture grounded in transparency and genuine care -- and we need a Finance Manager who carries that standard through every deal.

• Build and maintain strong lender relationships to deliver competitive financing options for every guest
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations on every deal, every time
• Partner with sales leadership to capture 100% of finance transactions and deliver a seamless handoff experience
• Maintain clean, accurate deal documentation and fund contracts within established timelines

• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Active state F&I license, or the ability to obtain one prior to start
• Clear, trustworthy communicator -- Toyota guests value honesty and appreciate a finance experience that reflects it
• A hospitality mindset -- you protect the guest's interests and the dealership's integrity in equal measure

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options
