Ready to take the next step in your fixed operations career? Larson Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram is looking for a Service Drive Manager who can help lead a high-performing service team, improve processes, and make a measurable impact.
In This Role You’ll
- Support daily operations of a high-volume service drive
- Lead and develope service advisors to improve performance and customer experience
- Monitor key performance indicators including CSI, ELR, hours per RO, efficiency, and profitability
- Ensure consistent processes, accountability, and follow-through across the service drive
- Help manage customer experience from appointment scheduling through vehicle delivery
- Partner with the Service Manager to improve workflow, communication, and department performance
- Coach team members and helping create a positive, results-driven culture
What Success Looks Like
- Creating structure and consistency in daily service drive operations
- Helping advisors maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
- Holding team members accountable while maintaining a supportive leadership approach
- Building trust with technicians, advisors, and customers
- Developing the skills needed for continued advancement in fixed operations leadership
Compensation & Opportunity
- $120,000–$150,000 annual compensation

Who We’re Looking For
- Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, Drive Manager, or Fixed Operations leadership experience
- Strong understanding of dealership service operations and customer flow
- Proven ability to coach teams and improve advisor performance
- Experience tracking and improving service KPIs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

- Experience in an automotive service environment with a desire to grow into a leadership role
- Strong understanding of dealership service operations and customer experience
