What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall function
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and therapy team members
• Complete timely electronic documentation
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (or license eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatrics is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
