Fluorogistx is seeking a motivated, self-driven Sales Manager to support the Resins Business sales organization in the Southwest Region. This is an individual contributor role focused on growing existing business, winning new customers, and strengthening strategic partnerships. 

Position Summary: The Sales Manager  will manage a product portfolio (Resins) including polytetrafluoroethylene, fluorinated ethylene propylene, and ethylene tetrafluoroethylene materials. They will also manage a diverse customer portfolio with resin applications spanning Wire & Cable, Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Semiconductors, Automotive, and Medical markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Administrative & Operational Management

· Lead and grow the Resins business across a diverse Southwest customer base, with responsibility for approximately $20M in annual revenue.

· Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

· Achieving sales goals and objectives in assigned territory/customers as derived by business strategies.

· Identify opportunities with existing and new accounts. Understand customer needs to uncover additional opportunities within accounts assigned across all Resins products. 

· Travel as required throughout the Southwest region.

· Support customer satisfaction through clear, timely communication and feedback.

· Build, deepen and sustain customer relationships.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  

Qualifications & Experience

· 5+ years of sales experience

· Independent, results-driven approach

· Strong ability to build and sustain customer relationships

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills. (Spanish fluency strongly preferred to support a diverse customer base)

· Technical background in Engineering preferred, with Chemical Engineering experience considered a strong advantage

· Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
