The Business Systems Analyst will work with the Global Project Manager and MIS to develop and maintain the ERP system. Will coordinate system modifications and may perform customization in house to ensure system is meeting business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Collaborate with key members of global Senko affiliates to clarify and record workflow
- Understand the current workflow and suggest improvements that can be achieved by utilizing NetSuite functions
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Implement, document and test ERP system as required
- Gather and document requirements and data for ERP reports in accordance with data governance policies
- Perform required analysis and if necessary, recommend business intelligence and modeling solutions.
- Participate and provide insight in discussions to decide key options to be used globally in the NetSuite
- Answer questions from all departments and resolve issues when needed
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Serve as database administrator responsible for part number set up
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance. These projects may involve CRM software or another business intelligence software

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2-3 years’ experience with ERP system implementation and data migration
- Thorough knowledge of database structure in ERP system
- High level working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) required
- Ability to understand workflow and logistics of SCM, Sales and Finance department
- Solid understanding of Senko part numbers, inventory management and intercompany business process
- Knowledge of Senko’s supplier network
