Salary: $50-$70k 1099 (based on experience + performance based incentives)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable Loan Officer recruiting strategy
- Source, recruit, and attract producing Loan Officers across multiple markets
- Build and manage a structured recruiting pipeline
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for production, culture, and long-term fit
- Present and communicate the Power Home Loans value proposition
- Partner with executive leadership on recruiting goals and growth initiatives
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve recruiting performance
- Help establish recruiting systems, processes, and best practices as the company scales nationally
Qualifications Required
- Recruiting experience and/or a proven sales background with documented performance
- Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Competitive mindset with a strong desire to win
Preferred
- Mortgage industry experience
- Experience recruiting Loan Officers
- Understanding of retail, broker, and correspondent lending models
- Existing network within the mortgage industry
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. Compensation may include:
