Title: Receptionist

Status: Part-Time 

Job Summary:

Essential Functions:

  • Welcoming visitors and guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Distributing mail
  • Providing clerical support as assigned
  • Scanning Documents into EMR 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions
  • Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Strong verbal and listening skills

Requirements
  • Work every other weekend, 12-hour shifts.
  • Work every other Holiday, for double time pay
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • High school Diploma or GED
