What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans 
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions 
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the rehab team 
• Complete timely and accurate documentation 
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs 
• Help residents maximize mobility, independence, and quality of life 

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan 
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply 
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
