General Manager
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who leads by example, develops employees, drives financial performance, and is committed to creating a positive, guest-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Meet financial goals by managing budgets, controlling labor and food costs, and increasing sales and profitability.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships to control costs and maintain quality.
- Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and discipline team members.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and oversee ongoing training for servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers.
- Monitor service standards, food quality, and speed of service, and implement improvements as needed.
- Coach employees through regular performance feedback and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety, sanitation, health, and labor regulations.
- Build strong relationships with guests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support company goals and maintain a positive, "do whatever it takes" attitude.
Salary Description
$90,000 - $100,000 a year
