As the Production Supervisor - Construction, you'll be responsible in planning and reviewing all construction related projects. In addition, this role will distribute work and monitor/maintain quality control while overseeing the Construction personnel (carpenters, helpers, etc) within our Pittsburgh area shop. Production Supervisor - Construction Responsibilities
- Supervise construction (union) shop production employees
- Review quality of information on all construction work orders
- Plan daily work schedules
- Daily approval of time cards and material requests
- Support construction workers by providing needed information, materials and equipment
- Investigate and complete accident reports
- Equipment maintenance including daily, weekly, and monthly required safety checks
- Shop cleanliness and organization
- Building security (opening / closing)

Production Supervisor - Construction Requirements & Qualifications
- Associate degree and / or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Must have 3 to 5+ years previous supervisory experience in a construction / carpentry related position
- Must be organized and strong attention to detail
- Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
