Duties, but not limited to:
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are met or exceeded
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, providing training on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
- Monitor adherence to industrial cleaning and commercial cleaning practices, ensuring efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Enforce safety regulations related to sanitation, chemical handling, and equipment operation to maintain a secure work environment
- Coordinate with management to schedule cleaning tasks effectively, prioritizing high-traffic areas and special requests
- Document inspection results, report deficiencies, and follow up on corrective actions promptly
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the housekeeping department
- Additional tasks may be assigned at any given time

Qualifications:
- High school education or related experience
- Attention to detail and efficient time management skills
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Physical capability requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Proven experience in custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or hospitality environments with a focus on cleaning and sanitation management
- Strong supervisory skills with previous team management or staff supervision experience
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning standards, and janitorial best practices
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with other departments
- Customer service orientation with the ability to address guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to sanitation, chemical handling, and workplace safety protocols
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high performance in fast-paced settings
