ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT COORDINATOR
At Clinical Associates, we make being healthy easier. We connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care, which includes in-house specialists in areas of practice, from cardiology to podiatry. We also offer unique services like our nuclear stress testing facility. Our physicians, specialists and credentialed health care providers are assisted by 175 trained support staff. We do our best to take care of everything for our patients – records, scheduling appointments, coordinating with providers and specialists, and each of our offices has laboratory centers for tests and blood work on site.
We are seeking to add an Administrative Support Coordinator to our team! The Administrative Support Coordinator provides direct administrative support to the Internal Medicine Manager and the Internal Medicine Assistant Manager. The Administrative Support Coordinator may be required to carry out site-specific duties as assigned that include but are not limited to the Patient Service Representative, Medical Records Clerk, Referral Coordinator, Data Entry Clerk and Switchboard Operator roles.
The Administrative Support Coordinator will complete assignments and audits related to daily operations to ensure accuracy and maximize productivity.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am / 9:00am - 5:00pm
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Completes daily monetary batch reconciliations, closures, and banking deposits.
- Runs eligibility reports and identifies insurance issues prior to scheduled appointments.
- Assists with the onboarding process of new hires.
- Processes medical record releases and performs other clerical duties.
- Performs audits related to daily operations to ensure accuracy and maximize productivity.
- Supports and resolves patient –related portal issues.
- Oversees maintenance of the facility to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Maintains and distributes office supplies/PPE.

Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Medical office experience is required.
- Ability to convey a positive attitude and project a professional image.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of general medical office procedures.
- Proficiency in computer skills/ EMR systems, with a willingness and ability to learn new applications.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Must be able to move freely throughout the facility, travel efficiently between assigned site and other locations and be able to lift approximately 10 to 20 lbs. regularly.
