We are seeking a Marketing and Engagement Specialist to join our Development and Mission Advancement team. This is a 1.0 FTE role (40 hours per week) that will work in a hybrid capacity, with 3 days per week based out of Christian Family Solutions’ corporate office in Germantown, Wisconsin. What you will be doing

As the Marketing and Engagement Specialist, you will serve as the primary marketing resource for Christian Family Solutions, developing and implementing strategies that increase awareness of our services, strengthen relationships with referral sources, and advance our mission. You will create engaging content across digital and print platforms, manage marketing campaigns, oversee website and social media communications, and ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout the organization.

You will work closely with clinic managers, program leaders, and organizational leadership to identify referral opportunities, promote clinic services, and develop outreach strategies that increase appropriate referrals and utilization of our programs. You will also represent Christian Family Solutions through presentations, networking events, church and school partnerships, and community engagement activities.

In addition, you will support fundraising and mission advancement initiatives by developing donor communications, promoting campaigns and special events, sharing ministry impact stories, and collaborating with members of the Development team to strengthen engagement with donors, churches, schools, and community partners.

The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic communicator who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects, analyzing marketing performance, and using their gifts to further a Christ-centered mission.
