Ready to take the next step in your rehabilitation career? Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Rehab Director to lead our therapy teams serving Accura Healthcare of Le Mars and Accura Healthcare of Sioux City.


This is an exciting opportunity for a therapist who enjoys mentoring others, building strong facility partnerships, and making a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team success. As Rehab Director, you'll combine hands-on patient care with day-to-day leadership while supporting rehabilitation services across two neighboring communities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation departments
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and department workflow across both locations
  • Provide clinical oversight while supporting exceptional patient outcomes
  • Coach, mentor, and support therapy team members
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve operational and clinical goals
  • Provide direct patient care while maintaining productivity expectations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Current Iowa license (or eligibility for licensure) as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (preferred) or another therapy discipline eligible to practice in a skilled nursing setting
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential
