Our team of caring professionals work together to make our senior residents feel at home in our community. We are looking to hire n on-call Driver to join our team. The Life Enrichment Driver is responsible for driving our senior residents to various outings or within our community. This position requires flexibility to work days, evening and Saturday as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Driving residents in community vehicles to social events, various shopping trips , and special events
• Encourage resident socialization and participation in activities and events to minimize resident solidarity and promote a positive community environment

• Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment
• Exceptional customer service skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B, with P endorsement
• Clean driving record

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The position requires the physical ability to operate an automobile. You will be required to regularly sit for long periods of time, and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public. Frequent bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is typically confined to the vehicle they are driving, although at times, you may have to work in an office or other indoor settings.
