What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure your vehicle is road-ready
• Load, secure, and transport furniture and mattresses safely
• Navigate local and statewide routes using company-provided technology
• Deliver and install products in customers' homes
• Carry, maneuver, and position heavy furniture, including up and down stairs
• Provide top-notch customer service at every stop
• Use a company tablet to manage delivery documentation
• Communicate with dispatch and customers throughout the day
• Keep your truck clean, organized, and professional
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Support the team wherever needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least 21 years old
• No DWI convictions within the past seven years
• No more than two moving violations or accidents within the past seven years
• Previous delivery experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours when business demands require it

Physical Demands

This job isn't for someone looking for an easy day.

You'll be expected to:

• Lift, push, pull, and maneuver products weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying
• Work in homes, warehouses, and various outdoor conditions
• Stand, walk, drive, climb, kneel, crouch, and navigate stairs regularly
• Work in environments with changing temperatures, dust, and noise
• Operate material-handling equipment as needed
