About the Role

As our HR Coordinator/Recruiter, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Namify by finding and hiring exceptional talent. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing amazing candidates to extending offers while also supporting a variety of Human Resources initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Director of People, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, making this an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources.

What You'll Do

  • Source top talent through a variety of recruiting channels and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Review resumes and applications to identify outstanding candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
  • Create compelling job postings and position descriptions
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring decisions
  • Complete reference checks and facilitate job offers
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations
  • Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to create an exceptional first-day experience
  • Support additional HR initiatives and projects as you continue developing your HR expertise

Requirements

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience required
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting 
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
  • Strong commitment to maintain confidentiality  
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Communicate effectively both in writing and orally
  • Making decisions independently
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time) - In Office
