Position Summary
The Student Recruitment & Enrollment Manager serves as the primary operational lead for executing PPHS student recruitment, enrollment, marketing, and family engagement initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Special Projects, this position translates the network’s enrollment and engagement strategy into coordinated campaigns, events, communications, systems, and follow-up activities. The Director of Special Projects provides overall strategy, priorities, direction, and approval, while the Manager is responsible for day-to-day execution, project coordination, enrollment pipeline management, performance tracking, and cross-campus implementation.
The Manager works closely with school leaders, Student Engagement Managers, and network staff to ensure prospective and returning families experience a welcoming, organized, and responsive enrollment process. The position supports enrollment growth, lead conversion, student retention, and re-enrollment through consistent communication, effective marketing execution, strong project management, and data-informed continuous improvement.
Role Scope and Decision-Making
The Student Recruitment & Enrollment Manager is responsible for the operational execution and coordination of enrollment, recruitment marketing, family engagement, and re-enrollment initiatives.
The Director of Special Projects is responsible for:
- Establishing the network’s overall enrollment, marketing, and family engagement strategy
- Setting organizational priorities, enrollment goals, and performance expectations
- Approving major campaigns, messaging, partnerships, and resource allocations
- Providing strategic direction and resolving matters requiring executive or cross-departmental authority
- Evaluating the overall effectiveness of enrollment and engagement strategies
The Student Recruitment & Enrollment Manager is responsible for:
- Translating approved strategies into detailed implementation plans
- Coordinating timelines, responsibilities, communications, and deliverables
- Managing the day-to-day enrollment pipeline and prospective-family experience
- Executing and coordinating approved recruitment marketing campaigns
- Monitoring performance metrics and reporting progress to leadership
- Identifying operational improvements and recommending adjustments to the Director of Special Projects
Enrollment Pipeline and Lead Management
- Execute the network’s approved enrollment and student recruitment strategy under the direction of the Director of Special Projects.
- Manage the enrollment pipeline from initial inquiry through completed enrollment.
- Maintain the student recruitment CRM and ensure accurate and timely documentation of interactions with prospective families.
- Establish consistent lead follow-up processes across campuses.
- Monitor inquiry volume, response time, lead conversion, completed applications, enrollment, and enrollment yield.
- Generate enrollment reports, dashboards, and updates for school and network leadership.
- Identify enrollment trends, barriers, and areas requiring follow-up.
- Recommend operational improvements based on enrollment data and family feedback.
- Escalate strategic, policy, resource, or cross-functional concerns to the Director of Special Projects.
Recruitment Marketing, Communications, and Storytelling
- Execute recruitment marketing and communications plans established in collaboration with the Director of Special Projects.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of enrollment-focused campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, newsletters, and community channels.
- Create and coordinate storytelling content highlighting student success, internships, college and career outcomes, family experiences, and school culture.
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of enrollment-focused social media and digital communications.
- Maintain a recruitment marketing calendar aligned with enrollment priorities, events, and application periods.
- Coordinate content contributions, approvals, and publication timelines with schools and network departments.
- Ensure recruitment communications are accurate, timely, consistent, and aligned with PPHS brand standards.
- Monitor campaign reach, engagement, lead generation, event registration, and conversion performance.
- Provide regular performance updates and recommend tactical improvements to the Director of Special Projects.
- Coordinate with external vendors or partners as assigned.
- Stay current on enrollment marketing, storytelling, branding, and social media practices.
Prospective Family Engagement and Community Outreach
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings with Student Engagement Managers to align recruitment efforts, share best practices, and monitor enrollment progress.
- Partner with Student Engagement Managers and school leaders to coordinate family engagement and recruitment initiatives across all campuses.
- Support the scheduling of family meetings, school tours, information sessions, recruitment events, and community outreach activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, materials, and follow-up communications.
- Track outreach, meeting, lead generation, and enrollment metrics, and provide regular reports and dashboards.
- Monitor follow-through on action items and ensure prospective families receive timely, consistent communication throughout the enrollment process.
Student Recruitment and Enrollment Events
- Plan and coordinate open houses, enrollment fairs, shadow days, and other recruitment events.
- Partner with campus staff to execute recruitment strategies that support enrollment goals.
- Coordinate communications with prospective families before and after recruitment events.
- Support student onboarding and annual re-enrollment initiatives.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Serve as the network project coordinator for enrollment and family engagement initiatives by coordinating timelines, meetings, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide regular updates to school leadership on recruitment, marketing, and enrollment initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve enrollment systems, family engagement, and recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with school leaders and network staff to support organizational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience
- Two to five years of experience in enrollment, admissions, recruitment, marketing, communications, community engagement, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM systems and enrollment platforms required.
- Experience managing websites and social media platforms preferred.
- Experience coordinating events and working directly with families preferred.
- Experience executing and coordinating recruitment marketing campaigns required. Experience contributing to recruitment or enrollment strategy preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
