Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market-specific promotions, including distribution strategies, displays, and new product launches for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular meetings with account representatives to improve product knowledge and sales execution.
- Monitor the implementation of promotional programs and pricing strategies, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure objectives are met.
- Perform business reviews with accounts to evaluate distribution, sales performance, and program effectiveness.
- Manage the implementation of shelf schematics and ensure proper merchandising of products according to company brand standards.
- Organize and execute floor displays, window signs, banners, and other promotional materials at all accounts.
- Investigate and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate resets and manage staff schedules in collaboration with District Managers to ensure efficient execution.
- Communicate market programs, objectives, and updates effectively to internal teams and account partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, sales, or marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of retail environments, product placement, and promotional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with account teams and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform promotional activities.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, resets, and promotional activities simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work outside regular hours as needed.
- Knowledge of merchandising standards, shelf schematics, and visual display techniques.
- Problem-solving skills to address service issues and operational challenges effectively.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in a Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of key account experience, with the majority of that experience in the beer industry.
- Sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English language proficiency required at a high school level or above).
- Enthusiastic, high-energy, self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed.
- Superior organization skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

- Basic understanding of Cavalier Distributing products.
- Valid, unexpired driver's license with a clean DMV record and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
- Walking, climbing stairs, bending, and stooping on occasion.
- Sustained squatting, kneeling, and/or bending while handling products.
- Frequent two-handed lifting, handling, and carrying of cases from floor to overhead levels.
- Ability to occasionally handle product weighing between 0 and 165 pounds.
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate business equipment (computers, telephones, adding machines, etc.).
