At Barron, our Apprentice Plumber will:

  • Support team members while consistently delivering world-class customer service
  • Assist with residential retrofit and light commercial plumbing installations and repairs
  • Work with a variety of piping materials, fittings, and plumbing systems under the guidance of a Lead Plumber
  • Learn and follow applicable plumbing codes, health and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
  • Willingness to travel to accommodate all Barron service areas
  • Safely lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing 50-75 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
  • Perform physical job tasks including bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and working in confined or overhead spaces

Compensation:

  • Full-Time
  • $22.00 - $25.00 per hour; DOE

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of working experience (required)
  • Valid Washington State Plumbing Trainee card (required)
  • Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
  • Experience working with hand tools and power tools
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
