As our Design-Build Remodeling division continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced
Senior Residential Estimator to play a key role in our continued success.
This is more than an estimating position. You'll partner closely with our award-winning design
team, develop accurate project budgets, guide homeowners through the proposal process, and
help ensure every project begins with a strong foundation for success.

clients, designers, and construction teams while delivering exceptional project outcomes, we'd

What You'll Do:
• Prepare detailed labor and material estimates for residential remodeling projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate project pricing.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions.
• Partner with designers to ensure project scope and estimates align with client
expectations.
• Present proposals to homeowners and answer questions throughout the sales process.
• Support project execution by serving as a technical resource for field teams.
• Monitor project budgets and help manage changes throughout construction.
• Contribute ideas that improve estimating accuracy, efficiency, and overall project success.
for Senior Residential Estimator
• 10+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience.
• 5+ years preparing estimates for residential remodeling projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, framing, and structural plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience using estimating or project management software such as Buildertrend is
preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
