What You'll Do
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the Accounting team.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees while helping drive department success.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, cash management, and other accounting functions.
- Manage month-end and year-end accounting activities, including external audit coordination.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Support monthly billing, collections, and revenue recognition processes.
- Maintain accounting systems, documentation, and internal controls.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, planning, reporting, and process improvements.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; Microsoft GP or Business Central experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
