What You’ll Do:
The HR Recruiting and Retention Specialist is responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for all business units while supporting onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions including but not limited to customer service representatives and technical positions
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring timelines
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career sites.
- Source candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships.
- Administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, applicant sources and hiring effectiveness
- Partner with department leaders to ensure successful employee integration
- Analyze turnover trends and recommend improvement initiatives
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate employee surveys and communicate action plans based on feedback
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Assist with HR projects, policy implementation, and process improvements
- Maintain accurate personnel and recruiting records
- Prepare reports and HR Metrics for leadership

What We’re Looking For:
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to work with a team and build relationships with the HR team, hiring managers and employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR Technology
- Recruiting experience in Indeed and LinkedIn
