The Car Washer / Pre-Detail Technician is a critical part of that standard -- preparing vehicles for delivery, service return, and lot presentation with the care and consistency a luxury dealership demands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Wash and rinse new, used, and service vehicles to dealership standards -- exterior hand wash, wheel cleaning, and glass treatment

• Perform pre-detail preparation -- vacuuming interiors, wiping surfaces, cleaning door jambs, and readying vehicles for full detail or guest delivery

• Inspect vehicles for obvious cosmetic issues during the wash process -- reporting scratches, stains, or damage to the appropriate team member

• Apply dressing to tires and trim as part of the presentation standard

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and detail area throughout every shift

• Move and stage vehicles as needed to support service and delivery workflow

• Support the detail team with additional preparation tasks as directed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No prior automotive experience required -- we will train the right person from day one

• A high personal standard for quality -- you notice what others miss and take pride in the result

• Physically capable of working on your feet in an active, outdoor environment throughout your shift

• Reliable, punctual, and consistent -- the wash and detail workflow depends on you showing up ready

• Comfortable with hand wash techniques and detail preparation equipment -- or quick to learn them

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• A team-first mindset -- your work supports every department and the whole store notices when it runs well
