SUMMARY
What is my purpose?
The Pack-Out Project Coordinator and Fulfillment Processing manages customer service activities related to the production schedule and the coordination of Packout activities from beginning to end as well as processing shipping orders for fulfillment clients. The Packout Project Coordinator also assists in negotiations of rates from outside trucking companies and issues purchase orders as needed in relation to role.
JOB FUNCTION
What am I responsible for?
- Receive orders from email or WMS
- Pull materials required for shipments.
- Pack and process parcel services per clients’ guidelines.
- Create estimates for parcel orders.
- Process Chep orders and communicate with representatives
- Perform inventory or coordinate inventory for fulfillment materials or warehouse materials
- Creta reports for orders proceed and communicate daily for orders completed.
- Create weekly reports inclusive of orders proceeded and hours invested.
- Arrange carriers for bulk pickups.
- Monitors orders in Shopify
- Process orders on Shopify
- Generate shipments to update inventory.
- Monitors EDI transmitted reports.
- Communicates to clients on questions and rush orders.
- Performs inventories and updates system
- You will be working within our Packout and Fulfillment Center
- You will be spending approximately 60% of time in an office on the computer, 30% of your time in meetings, 10% of your time on the Assembly and Distribution floor.

- Complete any additional task requested or needed by the Ops Manager.
