In this role, you will focus on leading and developing our facility-level nurses and managers. This includes hands-on assessing, coaching, and training, quality assurance and improvement, supervisory and management skill development, meeting clinical outcome expectations, and regulatory compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform duties and responsibilities with assigned functional area within a nursing home facility which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks:
- Develop our nursing teams in assisted living and memory care
- Passionate dedication to customer service; excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, management, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional commitment to customer service and employee well-being.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Valid Illinois Registered Nurse license required.
LPN or greater level of educational achievement
Long-term care, acute care, post-acute care, transitional care, therapy and rehabilitation, or a similar field is preferred.
Thorough understanding of financial, quality assurance, and management processes
