The Licensing Specialist will provide direct assistance and support for the successful State licensing of Franchise locations. This position will ensure the successful opening of new locations with a focus on individual state compliance regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Assists Franchisees in recruiting and hiring state qualified management team members
- Creates and maintains strong communication with Franchisees regarding State regulations.
- Supports Franchisees in submitting all employee related licensing paperwork for approval.
- Ensures personal growth & development through self-education of new policies, practices, & trends.
- A willingness to become well versed in licensing regulations of multiple states or municipalities.
- Promotes teamwork and enthusiasm; fosters commitment to Celebree mission, vision, and values
- Provides support during the opening of new Schools to meet state accreditation and licensing standards.
- Supports the creation of a consistent and state compliant physical learning environments in new locations.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, regulations, and changes in State compliance. • Shares local, state, and federal regulations to Franchisees to maintain compliance • Provides on-site support to Franchisees to prepare for and successfully pass the initial State licensing inspection • Assists Franchisees in completing all necessary paperwork and applications to stay in compliance
- Performs all tasks/projects within determined budget
- Creates a culture of excellence and consistency that is focused on flawless execution
- Partners in all aspects of preparing a new location for operation.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in ECE or related field preferred.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Up to 75% travel with overnights
- Owns reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Skill set must include, but is not limited to: exceptional communication, multi-tasking, initiative, flexibility, resiliency and accountability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business (evenings, weekends, or events as required)
