Lamination Operator (PCB Manufacturing) | 3rd Shift
Description

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Lamination Operator to join our manufacturing team on 3rd Shift.  This is a hands-on production role responsible for operating lamination equipment used in the manufacturing of high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Essential Job Function:

  • Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
  • Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
  • Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and to verify quality.
  • Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.
  • Ensure the quality of the panels are meeting the standard of the work order before proceeding the work to the next department.

Work Schedule:


3rd Shift | Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

This is a full-time position. Overtime, including weekends and holidays, may be required based on production needs. Advance notice will be provided when possible.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry.
  • Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to cross-train in other areas.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information accurately.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience in PCB manufacturing or PCB lamination.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, work instructions, and job specifications.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift to 25lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk throughout an 8–10-hour shift. 
  • Ability to walk on uneven surface.
  • Ability to perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
