Hours: M & F -6:30a-3p, T & Th - 7a-4p, W - 9a-6p

Staffing Information
- Health center staffing model 1.0 FTE App, 2.0 FTE MA, 0.6 FTE PT
Additional Requirements
- Spanish speaking highly preferred
$90 Per hour
