Sales & Event Manager

Pay: $75,000-$85,000


Join the sales team at Hotel Indigo Nashville – The Countrypolitan, a boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville. We are seeking a detail-oriented, hospitality-driven professional who is looking to grow a long-term career in hotel sales. This role ensure seamless execution of group bookings, accurate system management, and exceptional client communication.


The Sales & Event Manager will detail all group business at the hotel. This role will be assigned additional market segments. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

· This role will be assigned additional market segments.

· Work closely with revenue management and marketing functions to develop strategies to maximize REV/PAR and grow market share

· Maintain and promote teamwork with effective and clear communication

· Ensures hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals

· Follow and track company cross-sell procedures

· Create a focus on attracting new business

· Lead on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives

· Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating a proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence, BEOS, & billing)

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED

· 3+ years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.

· OPERA PMS & DELPHI experience

· A warm, people-oriented demeanor

· A team-first attitude
