Carmanah Technologies (dba Synapse ITS) is looking for a motivated and outgoing student looking for a chance to work in the emerging market of Solar Technology for the September to December 2026 work term. This is a full-time, in-office position. You have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable promoting Carmanah’s brand while working closely with potential customers to generate interest, taking ownership of your area. • Ability and comfort in making outbound calls to qualified opportunities -- execute on lead generationand call program activities to grow the territory.
• Organize and manage an engaging team project during your work term.
• Develop proficiency and become knowledgeable on all products, programs and systems andintroduce technology to new potential customers.
• Research, identify and directly contact all relevant stakeholders and buying decision makers at all levelsof influence to introduce and market the applicable Carmanah products.
• Prospect for new customers and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Manage time effectively, meet goals and work effectively with other members of the sales teams.
• Use CRM system for all information regarding sales stages and prospects.
