Position Overview:
Work under the direction of nursing staff and in collaboration with therapy teams, this role helps residents continue practicing skills that promote quality of life and prevent functional decline.
Key Responsibilities:
• As a restorative aide, you will assist restorative nurses with restorative processes.
• You will help residents regain their mobility.
• You will help residents regain functional abilities.
• You will assist with care planning for your residents in accordance with the restorative nurses.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois.
• Knowledge of restorative processes.
• No abuse records.
• Previous experience in a SNF setting.
