Job Summary:
The Creative QC Specialist is responsible for reviewing and verifying creative assets prior to final delivery to ensure accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and compliance with client specifications. This role serves as the final quality checkpoint for print and digital creative deliverables, validating that layouts adhere to approved creative direction, all required elements are included, translations are accurate and complete, and technical specifications are met. The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for design with exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of production and localization workflows.
Job Description:
- Review creative layouts against approved key art, style guides, and client direction to ensure the creative intent and hero look are maintained.
- Verify that all required creative elements are present and correctly positioned, including logos, legal copy, ratings, credits, billing blocks, artwork, campaign messaging, and calls to action.
- Inspect layouts for inconsistencies, missing assets, alignment issues, spacing problems, formatting errors, and other visual discrepancies.
- Compare localized versions against source files to confirm translations are complete, properly placed, and accurately implemented.
- Validate that translated copy has been fully imported and that no source language content remains unintentionally visible.
- Review typography, including font usage, formatting, hierarchy, tracking, leading, line breaks, and text overflow issues.
- Verify print and digital deliverables meet all technical specifications, including dimensions, bleed, safe areas, resolution, color requirements, file naming conventions, and client-specific standards.
- Conduct final quality reviews before files are released to clients, production, or vendors.
- Identify and communicate issues clearly to designers, production artists, and account managers.
- Maintain QC checklists and documentation to ensure consistency across projects and campaigns.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by helping refine workflows, templates, and quality standards.
- Prioritize workload effectively in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications of Position:
- 3+ years of experience in creative production, prepress, proofreading, quality control, localization, production art, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing creative assets for print, digital, entertainment, retail, or consumer brand campaigns.
- Experience working with translated and localized marketing materials.
Preferred Qualifications of Position:
- Experience with theatrical, streaming, gaming, or entertainment marketing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with multilingual localization workflows.
- Understanding of print production and file preparation requirements.
Knowledge and Skills:
