They serve as trusted partners to hospitals and healthcare facilities by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining critical X-ray protection garments, and ensuring healthcare teams have the products they need to care for their patients safely.

Schedule & Travel

  • Primarily Monday–Friday 
  • Overnight travel as needed based on business demands (travel and hotel expenses covered) 
  • Mix of local and regional routes 
  • Routes are planned in advance, so you know what to expect 
  • Home most nights

What You'll Do


Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RCS customers, delivering friendly, professional, and dependable service every visit
  • Build lasting relationships with radiology departments, surgery centers, and other healthcare professionals by becoming a trusted partner they can rely on
  • Answer routine customer questions, resolve delivery and service concerns, and communicate more complex issues to the Operations team
  • Identify customer needs, service opportunities, or product concerns and communicate recommendations that improve the customer experience
  • Represent RCS professionally through your appearance, communication, and commitment to exceptional service

Own Your Route

  • Safely operate a company vehicle (non-CDL) while complying with all traffic laws, DOT requirements, company policies, and safety procedures
  • Complete assigned delivery and pickup routes accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Plan and manage your day while adapting to changing customer needs, route adjustments, weather, traffic, and operational priorities
  • Verify deliveries, pickups, and inventory before leaving each customer location
  • Complete delivery documentation, garment scanning, and inventory tracking accurately using company systems
  • Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns

Transport & Manage Customer Inventory

  • Safely load, unload, transport, and organize X-ray protection garments and related materials using proper lifting techniques and equipment, including pallet jacks and rolling carts
  • Inspect garments during pickups and deliveries, identifying damaged, worn, or missing items and communicating concerns to the Operations team
  • Provide customers with guidance on proper garment handling, storage, and route product questions when appropriate
  • Protect customer inventory by ensuring garments are handled carefully, transported safely, and returned in excellent condition

Support Warehouse Operations

  • Scan, sort, inspect, and process garments using specialized equipment to prepare inventory for customer delivery
  • Perform quality checks to ensure garments meet RCS standards before returning them to service
  • Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and order preparation to support efficient daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace

Contribute to Team Success

  • Navigate hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare environments while following customer-specific access, security, and safety requirements
  • Communicate proactively with Operations regarding route updates, customer feedback, inventory issues, and service opportunities
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle that reflects RCS’s commitment to professionalism
  • Work independently while collaborating with teammates to improve processes and deliver exceptional service

What We’re Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Certification (RCS will assist with the certification process)
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Comfortable performing frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending lifting, loading, and unloading through the workday
  • Comfortable driving local and regional routes and traveling overnight as business needs require
  • Comfortable using GPS/navigation tools and mobile technology
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Dependable, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications (great to have, but not required)

  • Previous route delivery or driving experience
  • Experience working in healthcare, hospital, or medical environments
  • Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment
