Description
Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP to provide temporary coverage to an employee/family based primary care clinic in Fowler, IN.
Details
- Start- Sept 2 - Oct 9
- Hours: Mondays 8a-2p, Wednesdays: 10a-6p & Fridays: 6a-2p
- Ages of children - 2 and up for acute; 12 and up for sports physicals
- Onsite Dispensing
- Clinic staffing model: 1 MA to 1 APP
- 8-10 patients per day
Pay
- $90 per hour
- Paid training
- Paid Malpractice
Requirements
Must have active IN license
Must have 2+ years of primary care experience as an FNP
Board Certified
Clean medical and criminal background
