Description
Total Warehouse is seeking an experienced marketing leader to build and scale a high-performing marketing organization that supports our growth across material handling equipment, warehouse automation, fleet management, service, rentals, parts, training, and technology solutions.

This leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, drives qualified leads, supports revenue growth, and positions Total Warehouse as an industry leader in Asset Management, Fleet Lifecycle Management, and Material Handling Solutions.


The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with execution discipline and has experience building measurable marketing systems that drive business results. Reports to CEO.

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop the marketing team.
  • Establish accountability, priorities, and performance standards.
  • Create a scalable marketing operating system.
  • Manage internal and external marketing resources.

Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Increase qualified opportunities for Sales.
  • Improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on growth initiatives.

Content Strategy

  • Build and manage company content calendar.
  • Develop blogs, guides, videos, case studies, webinars, and customer success stories.
  • Position Total Warehouse as an industry thought leader.
  • Create content supporting all major business units.

Digital Marketing

  • Website management and optimization.
  • SEO strategy and execution.
  • Paid advertising management.
  • Marketing automation and CRM integration.
  • Analytics and reporting.

Brand Development

  • Maintain brand consistency.
  • Improve customer engagement.
  • Support company events and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop customer success and testimonial programs.

Executive Reporting

  • Deliver monthly marketing scorecards.
  • Report marketing performance to executive leadership.
  • Track ROI and business impact of marketing investments.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years B2B marketing leadership experience.
  • Experience managing marketing teams.
  • Strong content marketing background.
  • Strong SEO and digital marketing knowledge.
  • Experience building KPI-driven marketing organizations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business growth.
