Warehouse Professional (Order Fulfillment | Monday-Friday, Days)

Pay: Starting at $40K; experienced candidates can earn up to $50K, with additional incentive opportunities as skills and responsibilities grow. Highly qualified candidates may be considered above the starting rate.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Typically 8:00am–4:30pm), no weekends

Mosaic is hiring a dependable warehouse professional to join our order fulfillment team. This is a team-oriented environment with clear expectations, steady workflow, and shared responsibility. The team communicates well, steps in when volume increases, and takes pride in getting orders out accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Manually pick, pack, and stage customer orders
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks
• Load and unload trucks; assist with receiving
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variation

What We Need:

• Warehouse or order picking experience
• Forklift experience (preferred; training available)
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Team-oriented with a good attitude
