CRM Power User
Hybrid Remote Peachtree City, GA
Description

Sigvaris is currently looking for a CRM Power User to join our Sales team.  As a leading compression solution provider, we are not just a company that manufactures products.  We are a global team on a mission to help people feel their best.  The CRM Power User is a single, dedicated owner of Salesforce CRM adoption and effectiveness, supporting approximately 45 users in the United States across both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.  This person owns the business side (not a pure technical role) of CRM end to end; resolving day-to-day user issues directly, driving data quality and reporting, and carrying the U.S. voice into the global CRM project team.  This is a dedicated role, whose work will begin with project implementations in the U.S., then transition into ongoing operational support and evolution of the global solution.

This position is hybrid.  You must be able to work at our office in Peachtree City, GA a few days per week and for meetings twice per month, and trainings as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     • Serve as the primary Salesforce functional lead for the U.S. sales and service teams spanning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

     • Act as the direct point of contact for End Users - troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day Salesforce issues as they come into the Sigvaris IT ticketing system.

     • Categorize and enrich incidents; escalate complex process or configuration issues to the Technical Consultant/Developer or global IT team.

     • Coordinate with the global operational support organization to ensure issues are routed correctly and resolved by the right team - holding that team accountable for its share of ongoing support, not absorbing work that belongs with them.

     • Identify and implement opportunities to improve Salesforce workflows, automation, and reporting across both sales and service processes.

     • Maintain data quality, accuracy, and governance standards, including regular audits and data hygiene (deduplication, completeness tracking).

     • Build and maintain CRM reports and dashboards supporting, for example, sales performance, pipeline health, and service metrics (case volume, resolution time, SLA adherence).  Coordinate analytics work external to Salesforce with the global BI team.

     • Develop, coordinate and deliver CRM training, onboarding, refresher training, best-practice sessions and user-friendly documentation, partnering with Sales Leadership to identify ongoing training and development needs.

     • Represent the U.S. market needs to the global CRM project team and Stream Leads, feeding local input into the Global Roadmap.

     • Participate in the Agile project activities, including user story development and sprint reviews.

     • Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT): define real-world test cases, run test scenarios, and validate releases before go-live.

     • Periodically engage with U.S. field team to understand CRM workflows, identify adoption barriers, gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve field effectiveness.

     • Maintain an ongoing project footing after go-live - this is not a one-time rollout task; stay engaged in the continuous evolution of the global solution sprint over sprint.

     • Follows established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SIGVARIS policies, industry standards, ISO 13485 standards, and Federal, State and local laws.

     • Follows all work instructions, creates and maintains accurate records to meet all internal and external requirements to support the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy.

     • Accurately performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.

Requirements

EDUCATION and WORK EXPERIENCE:

     • Must have an associate's degree or equivalent experience.

     • Must have a minimum of more than 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud required), including direct end-user troubleshooting and training.

     • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and customer service/case management workflows.

     • Experience building Salesforce reports, dashboards, and basic automation (Flows, validation rules).

     • Familiarity with data management and integration concepts, and analytics tools such as PowerBi.

     • Comfort working inside an Agile/DevOps delivery framework (sprints, User Stories, UAT cycles) - willingness to learn if not already familiar.

     • Strong communication and training skills across regions.

     • Proven ability to influence adoption and drive process consistency without direct authority.

PREFERRED:

     • Salesforce Administrator certification

     • Prior experience as a Business Subject Matter Expect, Power User, or Super User on a global program.
