The Position:

Responsible for assisting guests by leading to site, guiding into site, hooking up sewer, water and cable and responding to general needs. Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Leads RV guests to their site.
  • Guides RV guests into their site.
  • Assists RV guests with hooking up sewer, water and cable for guests.  
  • Cleans RV windshields upon departure.
  • Responds to and assists RV guests with general needs.
  • Is knowledgeable of resort layout and amenities and is able to explain the layout and amenities to guests.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
  • Must have one year experience working in a RV Resort or in the hospitality industry.
  • Must be able to follow verbal as well as written instructions.
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Must have excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Must have a current Oregon driver’s license and the ability to qualify for the UIDC’s Drivers Program.
