As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and versatile Install Helper — our “Next Man Up.” This role is critical to keeping both our shop and field operations running smoothly by stepping in wherever support is needed most.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a motivated, dependable team player who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

This person is adaptable, willing to jump in wherever needed, and takes pride in supporting both the shop and installation teams. They understand that no two days look the same — and they show up ready to contribute with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

A Day in the Life of an Install Helper (Next Man Up)

• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and equipment
• Support fabrication and production teams as needed
• Load and unload materials for installation crews
• Step in as a helper on installation trucks when needed
• Assist with setting up and breaking down job sites
• Follow all safety protocols on job sites and in the shop
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Be ready to jump in wherever support is needed most

A Few Qualifications This Person Must Have

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working at heights
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call support for installs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Bonus Points For

• Experience in sign manufacturing or a similar field
• Previous installation or construction experience
• Familiarity with tools and shop equipment

Compensation DOE

$18–$22 per hour
