Cicero Therapies is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic Cicero Central Administration team at our K1ds Count Therapy Brownsburg Admin location! Work alongside passionate peers who are empowered by supporting the necessary back-end operations that ensure our clients and families are able to access the pediatric therapy services they need. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Caregiver, clinician, and insurance partner communication via phone
  • Workflow and task assignment related to the following: Billing insurance claims, Claim resolution, Denial management, Provider insurance credentialing
  • Flexibility with adjustment of tasks and daily priorities based on team goals
Requirements

High school diploma or GED required


Must have experience with the following:
