 We are seeking a full-time Delivery Service Associate to assist our team in Long Island City, New York. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   


 Job Responsibilities  

  • Safely and efficiently deliver Winston Flowers products throughout NYC, Westchester, and the extended Tri-State area, including New Jersey and Connecticut. Deliver a range of products, including floral vase arrangements, plants, large vases, containers, and other client orders.
  • Provides professional, courteous service at every delivery while maintaining Winston Flowers standards for product quality, accuracy, presentation, and client experience.
  • Manages delivery routes and time effectively to meet scheduled delivery windows and priority delivery requirements.
  • Communicates with clients and internal teams regarding delivery questions or issues and use sound judgment and available company resources to resolve concerns promptly.
  • Assists with client setups, installations, and event deliveries as needed.
  • During periods between deliveries, assist with studio maintenance, floral processing, and other operational projects based on business needs.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle and follow all company procedures and applicable safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Company vehicle is provided; must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record free of violations 
  • Previous experience in luxury service or hospitality industry preferred; event setup/breakdown experience is very helpful 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation  
  • Self-directed, with the ability to multi-task, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis 

Other 

  • Flexible work schedule required; weekend availability is a must 
  • May participate in late-night event breakdowns as business needs require  
  • Peak business periods will require extended workdays and work weeks  
Salary Description
$23/hr - $26/hr
