Caladwich is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Clerk / Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator to support U.S. Army logistics operations in Natick, Massachusetts. This position combines GCSS-Army transaction processing, warehouse documentation, material accountability, and the safe operation of forklifts and other MHE.
This position directly supports timely and accurate receipt, storage, selection, issue, and movement of Army materiel. The successful candidate will help keep system records and physical inventory aligned while maintaining safe, responsive warehouse operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process GCSS-Army transactions and applicable T-CODEs supporting receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, and material movement activities.
· Post goods receipts, including MIGO transactions, and maintain accurate supporting documentation and system records.
· Manage storage-bin transactions and assist with accurate location control and accountability of Government materiel.
· Generate and process Materiel Release Orders (MROs) and associated warehouse documentation.
· Research and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies by comparing system records, source documents, and physical materiel.
· Receive, inspect, identify, count, stage, stow, pick, and issue material in accordance with established procedures.
· Operate authorized MHE and forklift variants, including equipment with cargo capacities up to 36,000 pounds.
· Coordinate with the Supervisor/Lead and other team members to complete assigned workload safely, accurately, and on schedule.
· Maintain orderly work areas and protect Government property, documentation, and material from loss or damage.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
· Perform work in indoor and outdoor environments, including warehouses, open docks, and storage yards, under varying heat and cold conditions.
· Safely lift and carry material or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
· Wear required personal protective equipment and follow applicable safety procedures during material handling and equipment operations.
· Maintain accuracy, accountability, and compliance while handling Government material and executing logistics transactions.
· Work in environments that may be dirty or dusty and may involve exposure to cuts, scrapes, and bruises associated with warehouse operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· One (1) to two (2) years of hands-on GCSS-Army experience equivalent to the WG-06 rank/grade level.
· Working knowledge of GCSS-Army transaction codes (T-CODEs) used for receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, posting goods receipts (MIGO), managing storage bins, generating MROs, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
· Experience performing warehouse, supply, administrative logistics, inventory, or material-handling duties.
· Ability to follow established procedures, maintain accurate records, and complete detailed transactions with minimal errors.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate inventory or workflow issues promptly.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Valid state-issued driver's license.
· Valid motor vehicle operator licenses for applicable MHE and forklift variants with cargo capacities up to 36,000 pounds.
· Ability to meet the physical and environmental demands described for the position.
· Ability to perform assigned duties in accordance with AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2-2, AR 735-5, ATP 4-12, and site safety requirements.
