Position Summary
Resicum International LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Aviation Maintenance Advisor (SAMA) to provide senior-level AH-64Ev6 maintenance management, technical mentorship, and aviation maintenance program development to the Egyptian Air Force.
The position will focus on the skills and responsibilities associated with U.S. Army MOS 15R AH-64 helicopter maintenance and platoon-level leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Advise and assist EAF aviation maintenance leadership.
- Train and mentor EAF maintenance personnel.
- Support management of the aircraft maintenance flow chart.
- Train personnel on aircraft bank-hour tracking.
- Advise on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Provide guidance on parts ordering.
- Support production control operations.
- Support quality control operations.
- Advise on aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Support Technical Inspector functions when designated.
- Assist with establishing and maintaining AGSE maintenance documentation.
- Assist with Oil Analysis Program activities.
- Provide expert-level technical mentorship to EAF senior leaders.
- Mentor EAF Engineering Officers.
- Mentor senior EAF maintenance technicians.
- Assist in development of sustainable AH-64Ev6 maintenance capabilities.
- Support maintenance SOP development.
- Support technical supply, tool control, FOD prevention, corrosion control, and related aviation maintenance programs.
- Support safe-for-flight release responsibilities when designated and qualified.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years performing or supervising helicopter maintenance.
- Must have completed training as a U.S. Army MOS 15R AH-64E Repairer.
- Minimum 3 years performing or supervising AH-64 maintenance requiring the skills of a 15K.
- At least 1 year of AH-64Ev6 Technical Inspector experience, or
- Five years of previous AH-64D/E Technical Inspector or Quality Control Officer experience.
- Unit-level Production Control experience.
- Unit-level Quality Control experience.
- Ability to provide expert-level technical mentorship to senior EAF aviation personnel.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required prior to deployment.
- U.S. citizenship required unless an approved Government exception applies.
- Valid official U.S. passport required.
- Ability to complete required pre-deployment requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aviation Life Support Equipment certification.
- AH-64Ev6 Technical Inspector experience.
- AH-64D/E Production Control leadership.
- AH-64D/E Quality Control leadership.
- Foreign Military Sales aviation advisory experience.
- Previous overseas TAFT or military advisory experience.
