In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our facilities safe, clean, compliant, operationally ready, and equipped to support quality patient care, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Essential Job Duties:

• Performs hands-on maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and facility support activities.
• Coordinates daily maintenance assignments, priorities, schedules, and coverage based on facility needs and operational priorities.
• Provides senior-level technical guidance and day-to-day direction to Maintenance Technicians.
• Serves as a primary day-to-day maintenance resource for staff and clinic locations.
• Monitors work requests, work orders, preventive maintenance activities, and completion of assigned work.
• Assists with employee timekeeping and communicates timecard discrepancies, attendance concerns, and other employee issues to the Director of IT and Facilities.
• Identifies facility, safety, equipment, and operational concerns and determines when additional expertise or outside vendor support is needed.
• Escalates significant employee, facility, safety, financial, vendor, or operational concerns to the Director of IT and Facilities.
• Performs hands-on maintenance duties and provides coverage as needed to maintain operational needs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, building maintenance, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of general building maintenance and repair.
• Ability to safely use common hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• High School Diploma or GED. 
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Health Center locations as needed.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Healthcare, FQHC, or regulated-environment experience.
• Experience with Environment of Care, regulatory compliance, fleet operations, purchasing, or inventory management.
