Inpatient Behavioral Health - Licensed Social Worker (LSW)

Department: Nursing - Inpatient Behavioral Health
Status Hours: Part-time, 16 hours bi-weekly

Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Job Summary:
Fulton County Health Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups across the life spectrum. This role requires flexibility to work in various settings, including our Inpatient Unit, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Geriatric Outpatient Program (GIOP).

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy in alignment with treatment plans.
• Cross-train to work in the Inpatient Unit, IOP, and GIOP settings, as well as ED, OB, Oncology, and Med-Surg, in conjunction with Case Management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and policies while providing patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and well-being.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) required; Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred.
• Experience: Two years of behavioral health experience as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) strongly recommended. Inpatient hospital social work experience preferred.
• Licensure: Active LSW license in Ohio required.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within six months of hire.
