SALARY RANGE: $12.00 - $20.00 hourly
•Must be insurable through CPN and have a valid Oklahoma drivers license
**This Is a night shift power washing position during spring and summer that rotates to days during the fall/winter**
ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.
JOB SUMMARY: To maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the Tribal facilities and grounds.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Duties include: Picking up trash in parking lots at all Tribal Enterprise Locations, including the festival grounds. Pull trash cans, power washing, painting, trimming trees, set up all charity and in-house events. Put up signs, clean spills at gas pumps (including oil spills), spreading ice melt, power washing, mosquito fogging, clean out creeks. Maintain swimming pools.
•Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of all CPN Tribal Properties and assets.
•Other duties include moving heavy items such as office furniture, file cabinets and displays; loading and unloading and assembling newly bought items; painting, operate some power tools and heavy equipment(s), general maintenance duties.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Perform other duties and projects as required by management
•Be available when needed in all areas of the facilities.
•May be required to work outside assigned schedule and over-time as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
•High School diploma or GED equivalent
•Must be insurable through CPN and have a valid Oklahoma drivers license
•Ability to complete job tasks in a timely manner
•Ability to use standard janitorial supplies and equipment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
•Sitting or standing or walking for long periods of time; occasional bending,squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequentrepetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity
•Working with strong chemicals
•Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
•Occasional lifting (up to 100 lbs)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
•Outside environment (hot weather and cold weather)
