Position Description

Travel to and produce video content from various Youth National Team (YNT) functions around the world. We are looking for a young and versatile visual storyteller, with an emphasis on editing, finishing, and delivering a wide variety of video content.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Travel to YNT camps and events as available
  • Produce, film, and edit video content for social media, ussoccer.com and other channels
  • Work with USSF video and PR staffs to develop and execute team storylines

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital cinema cameras, sound, and lighting techniques
  • Strong video editing skills with specific knowledge of Adobe Premiere (or equivalent NLE)
  • Experience in other Adobe applications, notably After Effects
  • Quick learner who can function in the fast-paced environment mandated by professional sports
  • Able and willing to travel for significant stretches of time, ranging from 10 days to 4-5 weeks
  • Able and willing to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience producing high-level sports videos 
  • Impetus to push forward U.S. Soccer’s style and voice while staying within the boundaries of its brand guidelines and workflows
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international soccer landscape
