Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Quick Lube Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. Duties

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle concerns
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and basic maintenance
• Explain recommended services clearly and confidently, emphasizing benefits and value through upselling opportunities
• Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate service estimates and communicate options effectively to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards
• Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently during the service process
• Document all work performed in the dealership’s service management system, including detailed descriptions of repairs and recommendations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in auto service management is highly preferred
• Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including transmissions, brakes, suspension, air conditioning, diesel engines, shocks & struts, alignments, and tire services
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to explain technical information clearly
• Ability to upsell additional services by identifying customer needs and explaining benefits effectively
• Dealership experience or collision repair background is a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various vehicle types safely
• Basic understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures is advantageous

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

· Valid Driver License and clean driving record required.
